My name is Euel Owlzz, or just owl.
I'm a self taught, growing artist who primarily specialise in cartoonish illustrations and character designs.
I make both SFW & Mild NSFW🔞 works and I am currently working on a literary project.✍️

Terms of Service

Before commissioning, one must bare in mind 🌟

General agreements

  • - First things first, crediting me is a must. Pwees 🥺

  • - I have the rights to reject a commission if ever I do so. Either with personal reasons or not. I don't want you to spend money on something that you may not be satisfied with due to my possible lack of experties.

  • - By picking me as your artist. You are also voting for an art style.

  • - As of now, my works are for personal use only and are not for selling or commercial use. However with a few exceptions (I.E. Sticker merch, emotes, pins)

Payments 💵

  • Payments method is commonly via PayPal (or Kofi).

  • Payment can be either before or after the general step phase.

  • If payment is fully transacted and fully processed, you will then earn the rights to your order

  • I may use the commissioned work in the future as a means to promote my works, however if the customer doesn't wish to otherwise, please! tell beforehand If you don't want the art to be posted.

  • Refunds are allowed but only within the sketch phase and around the general phase.

  • If ever you are unsatisfied with my work, you will be immediately granted refunds. However not without a proper and reasonable purpose or even leaving me a personal feedback. Leaving me off the air will result in permanent ban and you will not receive rights to my work.

Usage rights ⚖️

  • The customer may post my work on any platforms however, as previously mentioned, crediting me is a must. Otherwise, I will do everything in my power to hold a customer accountable in some way. But most importantly—

  • Do not claim my work as your own. I understand that you have gained access to my art, however claiming that my hard work is made by otherwise would be heavily preposterous and is a direct violation of national intellectual property laws. Same goes for tracking or altering.

  • Do not put my art through Al Training or sell it as NFT!

Process

Basic info on how I do things

  • Each work usually takes up around a single week but if it's anything massive, I'd probably take two weeks or such.(But idk I haven't been there).

  • Each commissions are divided in 3 step phases. Sketch, General Work(flat colourings, object placements, etc) And Finishing Touches(rendering, etc.)

  • Feel free to ask any updates regarding your order, however you are obligated to check on it if ever anything goes off your terms.

  • I can't have deadlines. I struggle with it a lot.

Commissions Guide

  • The general canvas that I primarily work on are A4s flipped around, specifically 2480x3508 or 3508x2480 with 300dpi but we can talk about it if otherwise.

  • My art platform is primarily Ibis Paint X and I don't have any other file formats other than PNG and JPEG.

  • For the best commission outcome, I really recommend reference pictures [other than your character(s)'] of a pose or at least a prompt so you'll be satisfied with the results. They say good commissions are the ones that matches what you imagined.
